Despite living for many years with a Danish surname, I’ve not yet visited the country. Next month, I’m traveling to Denmark for two events. I eagerly look forward to this trip.

At the Oresund Agile conference in Copenhagen, June 13-14, I’m giving a presentation and leading a tutorial. In the presentation I will talk about the importance of building trust in agile teams, and during the workshop we’ll explore how the changing roles of managers and leaders in agile environments stimulates team and project success.

The following week, I’m leading another workshop in Arhus, June 19-20, for the fine folks at Trifork. It’s called “Improving Project Performance: Making Good Teams Great!”.

Before Oresundagile, I’ll stop off in Hilversum, The Netherlands, to participate in Agile Open Europe for two days.

Read more about each of these great events at the websites linked above. I hope to meet you there. :-)
