Despite living for many years with a Danish surname, I’ve not yet visited the country. Next month, I’m traveling to Denmark for two events. I eagerly look forward to this trip.
At the Oresund Agile conference in Copenhagen, June 13-14, I’m giving a presentation and leading a tutorial. In the presentation I will talk about the importance of building trust in agile teams, and during the workshop we’ll explore how the changing roles of managers and leaders in agile environments stimulates team and project success.

Have I mentioned that Esther Derby and I will present a workshop on Agile Retrospectives in Vancouver B.C. this November 20-21? The workshop is sponsored by the Software Productivity Centre and they handle the registrations through their Springboard catalog.
